During the Black Friday and Christmas peak period, we’ve extended our returns window to 30 days. Please note that return processing times may be longer than usual due to the high volume of orders. We’re working hard to handle all returns as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during this busy season.
Final Sale Policy:
Please note that items labelled FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or refunds. These products are offered at special discounted prices and are available in limited quantities, which allows us to provide exceptional value to our customers. We kindly encourage you to review item details carefully before purchasing. Thank you so much for your understanding and for shopping with us—we truly appreciate your support.

Due to a very high number of orders during the peak season, your delivery may take a little longer than usual. Our couriers are working hard but are experiencing increased demand. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding. Please know we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Thinking of opening a dispute with your bank?
Please be aware that bank chargeback processes can take up to 90 days to resolve.
We strongly recommend contacting us directly via email first — in most cases, we can resolve the issue much faster and more efficiently.

We hope you love your purchase from CHOIXX, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right, or you may change your mind.
We’re happy to offer store credit for any eligible items returned to us in new, unworn, and saleable condition, with all original packaging, CHOIXX garment tags, and labels still attached.

All returns must be made within 14 working days of receiving your order.

If your return is received after this period, it may be declined, and we reserve the right to return the item back to you.
Please note:

Items purchased using a discount code or marked as sale are eligible for store credit only.

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
All items must be securely packaged to ensure they arrive back to us in their original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is damaged due to inadequate packaging.
Returns are at the customer’s expense. You may use any courier of your choice; however, you are responsible for the return until it is received and signed for at our warehouse.
We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service and keeping proof of postage, in case your return is delayed or lost in transit.
We cannot accept responsibility for returns that fail to arrive and where no proof of tracking is provided.
To help us process your return efficiently, please:

Complete the dispatch note included in your parcel, stating your reason for return.

Submit your return through our returns portal (details included in your order).

Affix the appropriate postage.
Should you misplace the paperwork for your order, please enclose details of your order number, name, address, and reason for return and use our returns portal.
We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse.
Refunds will usually clear into your account within 5 working days, however, this can vary between banks and may take longer for international customers.

These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Any mystery item that is returned will be shipped back to the customer.
EXCHANGES
We allow exchanges for the same value as the original product(s).
If you’d like to exchange for a different size, please send the item back to the address at the bottom of this page with a clear and visible note inside including your order number and requested item for exchange.

Once the return is received, it will be processed and your exchange item shipped out.
Please ensure your return is sent using a tracked service, with a note including all details of your return.
We kindly remind you that returns for exchanges must be received within 14 days of your parcel’s delivery.
Please don’t forget to include your order number.
To avoid inconvenience if your requested item is unavailable, we recommend including an alternative choice in the “NOTES” section.

Refunds can only be issued for products that are:

MISSING OR LOST PARCELS
If any parcel is undelivered or appears lost with the courier, you must notify our Customer Service Team within 14 days of placing your order.
We do not accept responsibility for missing, lost, or damaged parcel claims made after this period.
In accordance with our policy, orders with the following statuses will be automatically reshipped:

Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Product

Returned to Sender

Delivered but Not Received

Lost
Please note that the 14-day return period begins from the delivery date, not the order date.
This ensures customers have ample time to inspect their delivery and report any issues.
To facilitate a smooth reshipment process, please provide:

Any additional supporting documentation
This helps us resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.

Should a purchase be made with the buy 2 get 1 free promotion & you wish to only return part of the order please note any refunds will be calculated in line with the promotion.
- A partial refund will be given should the full order not be returned.
- A full refund will be given should all the items be returned in the correction condition
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.
