RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from CHOIX, however we understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right or that you might change your mind. We are able to offer a refund for any unwanted items that are returned to us in a new, unworn and saleable condition with the original packaging and all CHOIX garment tags and labels still attached.

All returns must be made within 30 working days of you receiving your order, if your order is returned back to us past the return policy of 30 days you will be refunded via store credit for the website or we reserve the right to refuse the refund and the item will be sent back to you.

Returns should be wrapped securely in appropriate packaging to ensure the goods arrive with us in their original condition.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging. 

Returns are at the cost of the customer. You may use any courier you wish; however, you are entirely responsible for the returned goods until they are signed for at our warehouse. We advise that returns are made via recorded delivery and/or that a proof of postage is obtained, in the unlikely event that these should go missing in the post. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for returns that fail to arrive with us and where no proof of postage/tracking is available.

Please complete the dispatch note paperwork received within your parcel stating your reason for return. This paperwork also contains details of your order that will help us identify it and refund more efficiently. - This is in additon to using our returns portal: https://choixstore.com/a/returns

Please affix the appropriate postage.

Should you misplace the paperwork for your order, please enclose details of your order number, name, address and reason for return and use our returns portal.

 

We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse. Refunds will usually clear into your account within 5 working days, however this can vary between banks and can take longer if you are an international customer.  

NON RETURNABLE/REFUNABLE ITEMS:

  • Gift Card
The above items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Any mystery item that is returned will be shipped back to the customer.

 

EXCHANGES

We allow exchanges for the same value as the original product/products. If you'd like to exchange for a different size please send the item back to the address at the bottom of this page with a clear & visible note inside which includes your order number & requested item for exchange. - This can all be done online on our returns portal: https://choixstore.com/a/returns

Once the return is received this will be processed and your exchange item shipped out..

Please ensure your return is sent using a tracked service with a note including the details of your return.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Refunds can only be given on products that are returned within
the policy time of 30days & in the correct/original condition.

 IF ANY PARCEL IS UNDELIVERED OR APPEARS LOST WITH THE COURIER, YOU MUST NOTIFY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY REPSONSIBILTIY FOR ANY MISSING,LOST OR DAMAGE PARCEL CLAIMS OUTSIDE OF THIS PERIOD.
